Congrats to my Aunty Cat and my new Uncle Mike, on their elopement!

If life has taught me anything in the last few years its to always expect the unexpected.

However, I will be the first to say, a wedding is NOT what I expected when my Grandpa Joe called me a few weeks ago. I was expecting the "What are you doing?" "Do you know how cold it is in Colorado right now?" and all the other questions that follow in that order.

While it wasn't what I was expecting, I am over joyed. I am over joyed my Aunt found her forever person. I am over joyed for the many adventures they are going to take.

I am blessed with a new family, that blends in perfectly with ours.

So no, a wedding wasn't what I was expecting, but it's exactly what I needed.
